Dr. Thai was born and raised in San Diego, California. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of California San Diego, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology. She then obtained her Osteopathic Medical degree from Touro University Nevada and ultimately graduated from the Family Medicine residency program at Southwest Healthcare Medical Education Consortium. She is currently a Sleep Medicine fellow here at Complete Sleep Solutions.

Her interest in sleep medicine was sparked during residency, when she recognized the critical role sleep plays in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and mood disorders. She is dedicated to enhancing her patients’ quality of life through better sleep and is committed to advancing her expertise in this evolving field.

In her spare time, she loves cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
